Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have 20-29 QC inspectors and 5-9 R&D technicians. Founded in 2003, our team manages incoming checks, in-production inspection, finished product testing, certification documents and after-sales quality issues. We support OEM/ODM customization and follow ISO standards to ensure export product compliance and stable quality.
Quality Control Procedures
1. IQC: Check raw materials like wire cores, connectors and plastic shells, and reject unqualified materials.
2. IPQC: Spot check crimping, soldering and assembly processes on production lines.
3. Carry out aging tests on semi-finished cables to eliminate hidden defects.
4. FQC: Test cable conductivity, charging function, appearance and packaging.
5. Random inspection before delivery with full quality archives and traceability.
